Although at Bouquet of Balloons we use the highest quality of products for your order, they are balloons and should always be handled with care. They do not like to get too hot or too cold and so we recommend are kept at room temperature.
When collecting bubble balloons they will be packaged in a bag for easy transportation, please take these out of the bag as soon as your able to do it can float freely. Leaving it in the bag can affect the float of the balloon.
Balloons are very fragile so please be careful when putting them in your car, a slight scratch or sharp object can puncture your balloons quite easily. We do not recommend your balloons are kept in the car (although this is fine for transporting them) or garage overnight as they can pop due to the heat or deflate due to the cold.
All orders are made up to 24 hours before collection/delivery to make sure there are no faults, if so, I can correct them straight away. I will try my best to send you a photo to make sure they are perfect for you and to check any spelling. I always advise when you collect your balloons to check them before leaving as once they are in your possession they are your responsibility.
If you have ordered one of our number stacks (especially double stacks) please have your car ready for collection. You will need an empty car/boot, with back seats down and parcel shelf removed to enable them to lie down flat for safe transportation.
All deposits are non refundable however they are transferable subject to availability and if notified no later than 24 hours before collection/delivery.
In the event of any of our hire props or backdrops stolen/lost or damaged the client will be invoiced.
